How the hell is caring about global warming a "personal decision?"?

I agree with you- it shouldn't be a personal decision. You shouldn't have to "choose whether you wont to help stop global warming or not." This is a global effort!! We will die out (most likeley) it we don't stop sending carbon everywhere!!
