Please help me with this really hard decision!?

So I enrolled into Lehigh University last month and I got really excited and I've been planning so many things and meetin new people from there, my heart was set on it. But today I got a letter in the mail from my state saying that they'll pay $160,000 if I go to Rutgers and that would include both undergrad and grad. I don't know what to do, my heart tells me Lehigh but my mind tells me Rutgers. Please help me, I'm at a crossroads and I don't know what to do. Thanks so much, any advice would be helpful!
