What in the heck was up with Sanjaya's hari!? He so needs to go. Put the guy out of his misery.?

I did not catch the show last night but i've seen Sanjayas hair this morning.. he does look like a bird or something died up there.. do you think that he's trying to purposely kick himself off? He himself even said that he did not have the best voice.. to me, it seems as if he doesnt want to be up there anymore.. do you agree?
