Can it be something else other then ringworm?

From what I understand, ringworm is not painful. It could be something like a brown recluse bite, but I don't know too much about those except that it's a round mark that gets worse instead of better over time. If it's been 10 days and there is no improvement, it's really time to see a doctor. That's the rule with everything else.
