How can I reinstall XP on a Dell Inspiron 1000?

A friend recently got her hands on an old Dell Inspiron 1000 that had been wiped clean. She wanted me to install XP on it for her, but I don't have the SATA RAID drivers so that the windows install will detect the Hitachi travelstar hard drive. The laptop doesn't have a floppy drive to load the drivers, but I'm actually not even that far. I have been looking for hours but can't find the drivers anywhere. Dell doesn't seem to list the model 1000 anymore. Does anyone know where I can get them?
