I don't want to go to her birthday because I'm sick, how to decline?

Please do not go. Why risk getting her sick on her bIrthday! You already ordered her flowers and chocolate, just call her and tell her you are sick and can't make it. Get together with her some other day. I am sure she will understand THAT.
