I live in Kansas at Fort Riley. I want to know my baby's gender, can you help me?

OK, I realize that the likelyhood of somebody living in my area being able to help me is slim but its worth a try. I am an army wife and our insurance says that I must go to the army hospital for all my medical needs. The ultrasound techs at the hospital that I must go to will not tell me the of my baby. They say, "it's not our job". They will only do the minimum. I heard there is a place in Topeka, KS where I can go and pay somebody a small amount of money and they will do an ultrasound and tell me the of my baby. I heard this rumoured and although many confirm it for me, nobody seems to know exactly where it is and I can't find somebody who has actually gone. If you know of such a place, please help me. My husband deploys soon and I want him to have a name to hold on to and for a name, we need a gender.
