Is Lady Gaga Really Original or Talented?

Everything lady gaga does just seemed to be ripped off by Madonna or another artist. most of her songs have interesting creative music videos however they are never related to the song, e.g. ( born this way, bad romance, paparazzi). If any other artist tries to do something creative they would be compared to lady gaga, which is not right because she is not original herself. i thinks she's just over-rated.
