Is a TV evangelist or a pastor who makes millions of dollars a good christian?

Some TV evangelists live very extravagent lives in the name of god! Is this appropriate? How can they spend millions of dollars on things they don't need when they claim to b spreading the word of god who wants all to b happy and healthy?
