Pain in lower right abdomen ?

Hi since my last period I have had pain in my lower right abdomen... felt like where ovary would be then after a couple of weeks the pain has got lower ( towards join in hip) and is more like a burning sensation on surface? area is not tender but seems as if it could be swollen.. there a big blue veins on hip. Had slight twinges in left abdomen aswell, but on and off. the right side discomfort is more or less every hour... like pinching/ dull ache / burning sensation .. its not agonising pain or anything! Does anyone have any ideas? I have made app at doc but impatient to know what it might be. thanks
