Coloration and markings, and how it pertains to temperaments of a dog?

Unless the color also is interfering with the health status (deafness, cancer issues, etc.), I would say no. Too much of a dog's temperment is based on what it was exposed to in the critical time of 8 days to two weeks of age, and during the puppy/toddler stage--both are critical times where they impress in their minds a good deal of their thinking. It can't be blamed on coat color.
