Could I possibly have a deviated septum?

I have trouble breathing at times and often find myself breathing through my mouth. I have frequent nosebleeds that may be a result of bad seasonal allergies. I also get headaches often. I was wondering if it could be congenital. Though this is irrelevant, my grandmother also has a deviated septum that wasn't surgically corrected. Is it possible? I am young and thought I should get it addressed as soon as possible. Thanks!
